I Bet that Attorney General Eric Schneiderman will tell them that :
1. NY PML Se 105 is not constitutionally defensible.
2. NY PML Sec 105 does not apply to the OTBs.
3. NY PML Sec 105 violates the rights of New York Bettors secured by NY Const. Art. 1, Sec. 3.
4. NY PML Sec 105 is vague, indefinite and/or overly broad as the term Easter Sunday does not define a one and only one Sunday in 2012 etc. See the Julian and Gregorian Calendars.
Alas willful ignorance of the law by a lazy Governor who can't be bothered to ask for an Opinion so that he can see that NY PML Sec 105 is faithfully carried out is not a federal crime. Bankruptcy filings by NYC OTB and Suffolk OTB occur in federal courts where the legal talent is often good?
