A simple indictment of this fellow is his failure to ask the NYS

Attorney General for a FREE Opinion to determine if NY PML Sec 105 applies to Suffolk OTB.

It seems as if Gulfstream Park and Stronach and this fellow are in bed together, for if New York were a great betting market no one would fail to challenge NY PML Sec 105 which violates the rights of New York Bettors secured by NY Const. Art. 1, Sec. 3.

See if you can find Bankruptcy Judge Carla Craig's decision about Suffolk OTB on Suffolk OTB's website.

Back in the USSR, Suffolk OTB's, theme song.

Believe this guy? Why should anyone?

Suffolk Regional OTB opened the doors to our first branch in April of 1975, five years after New York State authorized off-track betting to generate revenues for the support of local government and to prevent or curb illegal bookmaking and unlawful wagering on horse races.

Taking in revenue generated from wagers, admission fees, lottery income, concession and interest income, and a statutory six percent surcharge on all winning tickets, Suffolk OTB has returned more than $199 million to the taxpayers of Suffolk County, and another $160 million to New York State and other local governments.

With the largest share of our handle returned to winning ticket holders, and Suffolk taxpayers benefiting from every wager, everyone wins at Suffolk OTB!

Thank you for visiting SuffolkOTB.com. We wish you every success with your every wager!
