Dear Suffolk OTB, the Suffolk OTB Board of Directors and suffolk OTB President Jeffrey A. Casale:

Please put the Suffolk OTB Bankruptcy Court filings and appeals therefrom on the Suffolk OTB website.  There is no need for bettors, Suffolk residents, Suffolk County taxpayers, and Suffolk OTB employees  to have to open a PACER account to obtain such public records when Suffolk OTB, a public benefit corporation, already has them.  I am glad your website is touting PACER but it should not do so at our expense.
