many races being run all across the US that bettors may want to bet. Alas he has forgotten to recite the analysis of the lawyer for DEAD NYC OTB. See Bossert's ancient article and go bet in NJ and call your politician to tell him to get a FREE OPINION from the Attorney General that will tell us the obvious.
1. NY PML Sec 105 does not apply to Nassau OTB.
2. NY PML Sec 105 violates the rights of New York State Bettors secured by NY Const. Art 1, Sec. 3.
3. NY PML Sec 105 is vague, indefinite and/or overly broad. Just ask your Greek neighbors when Easter Sunday and Palm Sunday are.

It may only be the final Saturday in March, but today’s Florida Derby could have the most impact of any prep race on this year's Kentucky Derby.
Union Rags, the current favorite for the May 5 Kentucky Derby, heads a field of nine in the $1 million race at Gulfstream Park, which will be shown live on the NBC Sports Network starting at 5 p.m.
The main competition is expected to come from the Todd Pletcher-trained El Padrino, who won last month’s Risen Star Stakes at the Fair Grounds.
El Padrino will be ridden by Javier Castellano, the former rider of Union Rags, who earlier this year decided to ride another Pletcher runner named Algorithms, who got hurt, Castellano losing the mount on Union Rags to Julien Leparoux.
“Unfortunately, things happen,” said Castellano, who will start riding at Aqueduct on Wednesday. “It was a tough decision. It was back and forth for about two weeks. Union Rags is a great horse. I chose the other horse and he got hurt. It's part of the game.”
Still, staying with Pletcher has paid off for Castellano, who is the leading rider at Gulfstream.
“Todd has given me a lot of support the last couple of years to put me in a good position in my career,” the jockey said. “Right now he has the best horses in the country. I’m really blessed to be participating in his organization.”
Jockey Ramon Dominguez is expected to return to the saddle on Friday, a day before the Wood Memorial, where he’ll ride Withers Stakes winner Alpha, who turned in his final work for the Wood, breezing four furlongs in :49.17 at the Palm Meadows Training Center in Florida. In other Wood news, My Adonis, who finished second in the March 3 Gotham Stakes, breezed four furlongs in :47.12 over Aqueduct’s main track, the fastest of 17 at the distance.
REMINDER
