Why is Nassau OTB only closed on Roman Catholic Easter and Roman Catholic Palm Sunday?
Dean Skelos needs to reread NY Const. Art. 1, Sec. 3 and tell us why NY PML Sec 105 is not vague, indefinite and/or overly broad. Better yet, let Dean Skelos be a lazy lawyer and ask the real lawyer, Attorney General Eric Schneiderman for an Opinion.
There are may voting bettors who patronize Nassau OTB Dean Skelos and they want to be able to bet 365 days of the year if they wish. Just come to Franklin Square Branch of Nassau OTB and ask them.
Suffolk County OTB, bankrupty and bailout for people who don't wish to work or take vacation while they still can.
