NYRA's lawyers should know that their is more than one

Easter Sunday in 2012 and that there is more than one Palm Sunday in 2012 and that tracks are running all across the US every day in April that bettors want to bet.  April 1 and April 8 are of different significance on the Gregorian and Julian Calendars. Won't someone give NYRA a calendar, a lawyer, and a copy of NY Const. Art. 1, Sec. 3?
