His tutor being a wise man of common sense with the ability to read and write and understand English will teach Andrew the Great One Cuomo that NY Const. Art. 1, Sec 3 protects the rights of Greek Bettors and that although Andrew may have wonderful qualities picking Easter Sunday and Palm Sunday is not one of them. He is simply Andrew Cuomo, acolyte of CARDINAL TIMOTHY DOLAN. The Cardinal does not need the help of New York State to keep people out of Nassau OTB.
